Moos Salads, of the Dutch owner Moosa, was already a well-known catering company on the island. The company delivered salads in the summer of 2018 and in the winter the salad menu was completed with a vegetarian curry dish and pumpkin soup. The healthy salads are well stocked, as a main meal should be, and are freshly prepared daily. There are some dishes with free-range chicken, but the dishes are mainly vegetarian and a few vegan.

And now Moos Kitchen in Cala Llonga, which opened its doors in August 2019. A breakfast lunchroom in a deer village near Santa Eularia, with salads, sandwiches, delicious smoothies and the best cappuccinos. A lovely place with outdoor terrace, just two minutes walk from the beach and the children's playground is opposite the restaurant.
